Sunday School--  at 11:00 AM
     (3-years-old through 5th grade)
God's story -- Genesis to Revelation to present day -- is explored in age-leveled classes.  Emphasis is placed on knowing Scripture content, understanding who we are as God's people and applying scriptural truths to our daily experiences.

Children's Church -- During Worship
      (age 3 -- 1st grade)
Children's church involves children in age-appropriate worship experiences that encourage discovery and love for God.  Children are invited to sit with their family during the first part of the worship service and to come forward for the Children's Sermon and Blessing part way through the service.  They are then invited to go to another room for Children's Church.  Older children are encouraged to sit with their family during the service.

Vacation Bible School   
        (ages 4 through entering 5th grade)
Each summer we put on a week-long VBS which includes music, skits, games, crafts, and lessons based on Bible stories and biblical values.  VBS takes place during the 2nd or 3rd week of June, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

Summer Camp
Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camp is our church's camp near Manistee, MI.  They host summer camps for children and families throughout the summer months as well as retreats during the school year.  We help to provide transportation and scholarships for our children to participate in the life-changing ministry of PLCBC.  Check out their website for further information about this wonderful camp.
